How do I deliver

1. Please send us a list of your wines by fax, post or email to:

2. We will send you a non-binding estimate of your wines. The estimate is based on the assumption that the wines are in a perfect state for their age. If you agree with our estimates, we will send you our auction contract.

3. Commissions at Steinfels Weinauktionen are between 10% and 20%, depending upon the amount and quality of the selling order. In addition, there is a lot charge of CHF 10 per catalogue number. The seller will make a number of sample bottles available . If these are not provided, the client will be charged an additional 1% commission on the auction proceeds.
   
   The goods will be stored carefully until the auction. The wine is insured against natural hazards, burglary and breakage. We charge 1% of the auction proceeds for insurance.
   
   There is an additional 7.6% value added tax on commission, insurance and lot fee.

4. A Steinfels Weinauktionen employee will call you regarding your delivery. You may deliver the goods to us at Pfingstweidstrasse 6 in Zurich yourself or instruct a haulage company. Very small shipments may be sent by post.

5. Steinfels Weinauktionen groups the wines in lots, after carrying out an incoming goods inspection. We will send you the official auction catalogue 2 weeks before the auction.

6. 3 weeks after the auction, you will receive your statement of accounts. Payment is due within 30 days of your signing and returning the statement of accounts.
